Job Description
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. • Contribute to workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts to ensure the organization has the right talent in place. • Handle staff disciplinary matters and execute appropriate disciplinary actions including conducting domestic inquiry whenever required. • Oversee training and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. • Oversee KPI system for management office to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employee performance. • Handle key processes of employee life cycle, such as staff confirmation, probation extension, termination, resignation, and contract renewal. • Stay abreast of labour laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance. • Keep track of attendance and staff movement between outlets. • Assist in any additional tasks when assigned.
Requirements
• At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resources • Minimum 2 years working experience in HR Department • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. • Good time management and able to prioritize task based on task urgency and importance. • Able to communicate and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Able to join immediately will be an added advantage.
