Job Description
• Marketing Campaign Management and Strategies: Develop and execute strategic ongoing marketing initiatives and programs including digital marketing planning, execution of brand campaigns, and deployment of strategies and tactics across social media, digital and creative design functions. • Brand Development: Plan and implement promotional campaigns to build awareness and drive visitation. Create, manage, and implement all-encompassing PR and marketing plans and programs, both short and long term. • Collaboration: Work closely with the operation and sales team to drive revenue and access new audiences to achieve sales goal. • Content Creation: Generate captivating and shareable content for marketing channels. • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI while executing impactful campaigns. • Measurement and Analysis: Measure performance of all marketing campaigns and communicate results to management. • CRM Strategy: Work with management to set up CRM program to increase visitation and build loyalty to our brand.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. • Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields. • Demonstrated experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and innovation. • Strong project management skills, including the ability to multi-task and translate creative ideas into action with a clear ROI. • Expertise in using insights for campaign and strategy optimization. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
