Job Description
• Maintain organized and accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts. • Oversee delivery schedules and ensure stocks are delivered on time. • Liaise with warehouse department to ensure all received stocks meet quality standards and specifications. • Monitor and maintain current invento ry levels. • Track orders and investigate and resolve any issues. • Working with the purchasing manager to run the purchasing department. • Any other duties assigned from time to time by superior or management.
• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields • Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role is an added advantage. • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. • Good time management and able to prioritize task based on task urgency and importance. • Able to communicate and write in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
