Job Description

We are looking for Tea Barista for our outlet at various shopping malls in Klang Valley area. At GONGCHA, we believe that all outlet staff is the bloodline of the company as they are the front-liner who bring the up most services and products to satisfy the needs of all GONGCHA’s customers. GONGCHA employees are able to grow and learn in a nourishing environment that brings out the best in you! Candidate is expected to understand and fulfill task relevant to operate a food & beverage outlet Identify & implement continuous store improvements Candidate is expected to work at the highest standard at all time to ensure outlet product and service quality. On-job Training will be provided. Working hours vary depending on Weekly Schedule Allocations. An additional incentive is payable on top of the Basic Salary & Allowance subject to the achievement of the Outlet Target. Fast-track career advancement for the out-performing employee.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM certification. No prior working experience is required. Prior working experience in Food & Beverages Outlet is an added advantage. Able to work as a team to achieve outlet targets and ensure a smooth outlet process. Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfill task on outlet operations.
